Accenture Interview Experience 2021
Hello Job Seekers, In this article I am going to share my personal Accenture interview experience in detail.
Application Process :
Back in 2019, i.e. from November, Accenture started its off-campus recruitment drive for freshers for the batch 2019 & 2020 PAN India. Registration for the drive was accepted through various platforms such as eLitmus, First Naukri and Accenture official Application google Form. I applied through eLitmus as I had already registered and taken the pH Test and 2 months ago before applying for the Accenture Drive. The complete Drive was virtual, which means all the rounds were online including the face to face interviews. I got shortlisted for the drive and got the further interview details from Accenture.

Total Rounds :
There were only two rounds for Accenture Off-Campus Drive and was pretty easy if you are bit serious about it.
Round 1 : Online test. Divided into 3 sub sections such as Aptitude, Coding and Communication Assessment.
Aptitude : Aptitude section has MCQ based questions on Quant, Logical, Verbal and few technical based questions. Aptitude Section comprises of 90 questions which needs to be solved in 90 minutes. This was elimination round with sectional cut-offs.
Quant Topics : Percentage, Profit/Loss, Height and Distance, Directions, Number series, Age Problems.
Logical : Coding & decoding, Blood Relations, Calendars, Clock, Reasoning Analogies.
Verbal : Verbal Reasoning, Error Detection, Grammar & Spelling.
Technical : Technical MQ's from Data Structures & Algorithm's, Pseudocode & MS Office Questions.
Coding : After completing the aptitude section we can move on to Coding sections which had 2 programming questions. Two Programming questions to be solved in 45 minutes.
Questions asked were : Different For All
1 ) Find the Digi root of a number : eg: 567: 5+6+7=18, 18: 1+8=9, so 9 is the Digi root of the input 567.
2) “b + c=x” is the input string, where x could be anywhere(in place of b or c or the position described), b and c values are given, we need to find the value of x.
Since the questions were easy I could solve both of them.
Communication Assessment : After the coding test there was a Communication assessment section with about 20 minutes duration of time. This section was very easy and non elimination round.
Results were announced next day of online test and luckily I cleared the test and was called for Face to Face interview.
I was given a slot to attend the interview which was a week after and I prepared on my projects and technical stuffs.
Round 2 : This was the final round with Technical and HR round combined. ( In the panel of 1 Technical and 1 HR )
Technical Person took my resume and started asking the questions. And HR person was taking a note of personal details on her laptop.
I swear to god this round was one of the easiest interview till now. The questions were very simple and on to the point. Surprisingly no technical questions were asked and I was bit relaxed about it, even though I prepared.
The questions asked were :
1) Tell me about yourself : Explained. Total time took 3 minutes because first impression really matters.
2) Tell me about your project : Explained in detail. Technical guy was impressed by my answer.
3) What are your strengths : Explained
4) What are your weakness : Explained
5) Are you ready to relocate : Explained
6) Any specific Role that you are interested in : Explained
7) Tell me about certifications you did : Explained. They were looking for trained candidates. I was trained on Java, helped a lot.
At last HR took additional details in her laptop and that time I got to know that I was selected but the results were not announced. After 2-3 Weeks I received a mail from Accenture stating that I was selected for the Application development profile. I was feeling sky high and was very happy.
I hope, my personal interview experience would help you for your interview preparation for the Accenture Drive. I am sure this would really help you and gives confidence for your upcoming drives. If you have any queries or concerns please mention in Comment section.
Key tip : Online Test is very very important. If you crack the Online test then I can assure you that you can easily get into the Accenture. So Please focus on Aptitude and coding section.
